Kinton Ramen has been listed as one of the 2012 Best New Restaurants in Toronto by BlogTo. It is located on Baldwin Street and 5 minutes walk from Spadina. The restaurant is quite small and there is a long seating area along the bar. The interior is very modernized and bright. Also, there are group tables at the front and back of the restaurant. However, it is better to arrive before lunch and dinner hours as there are usually long line ups and they do not take reservations. Their chefs and waitresses are very energetic and welcoming towards customers.

[JAPANESE] Sentouka Ramen
Sentouka Ramen is located around 3 minutes walk from Eaton Centre. It is pretty famous in Japan and they have numerous locations around the world. The restaurant is very modernized and you can see the chefs cooking if you sit at the counter near the front. However, the restaurant is quite small and gets really crowded with long lines during rush hour. A recommendation is to arrive 30 minutes before rush hour (before 5 PM). Their menu includes single bowls and combos.
Shoyu Ramen - The soup base is made of pork broth and soy sauce. Very tasty and the pork belly was cooked just right. However, the portion was quite small. |

[Cafe] Cafe Princess
Cafe Princess is one of the most well-known cafes at Finch.
It is located near Finch Station (beside Shoppers) at second floor.
The unique part about this cafe is their "princess" concept.
Everything in the cafe is mostly pink and very princess like.
The chairs and sofas are really comfortable and teddy bears are placed beside the windows.
Girls would love this place and it is great for dates.

[Cafe] Most Tea & Cafe
The cafe is extremely cute and elegant. The decorations caught my attention with the chalkboards on the walls. Chalks are provided on the desks and customers are free to draw on the chalkboards. The menu does not contain as much varieties but enough to satisfy. Most of the items on the menu are small luxurious desserts (Tiramisu Tart). The wooden tables are like picnic tables and they are really comfortable where six people can fit in one table. The cafe is really spacious with a big open area in the middle.
